NO BS DELIVERIES... EVER!

Your days delivering to the most frustrating and challenges locations are over!  We pride ourselved in people over profits.  Customer's locations with no parking or requiring a loading zone or even those troublesome apartment complexes where people leave you waiting and waiting.  We do not do those types of delveries here.  Speed and efficiency is key to keep everyone happy and on time.  We not only want our customers to be happy, we want our drivers to be happy too.  Driver are unhappy when they are stuck doing BS deliveries.  We get it.

TIP SUBSIDIZING

You work hard as a delivery driver and we understand you have vehicle related expenses.  Unfortunately, a majority of customers do not have experience in understanding the expenses related to a fodd delivery job and sometimes, they do not meet the mark when it comes to gratuity.  In the event a customer tips unreasonably under the average, we will investigate the circumstances.  If the driver is not at fault, we will subsidize the remainder of the tip in most but not all circumstances.  In addition, customers consistently abusing our platform by not adding gratuity to the orders for our drivers, with no valid reason, could have their ordering priviledges blocked.  We only want to do business with customers that appreciate our delivery drivers for all their hard work.

DISCOUNT ON AUTO PARTS

If you use your vehicle for work, preventive maintenance is key to keep you working.  However, auto parts can get expensive.  We have partnered with several auto parts wholesalers to give all employees the wholesale pricing they deserve on auto parts.  This is NOT one of those discount plans.  We order the parts for you and then you pick up at our office at our discounted rate.

AUTO REPAIR FAIRNESS

We have agreements with auto repairs shops in the area who will give you an estimate before repairs, allow you to bring your own parts you get from us or somewhere else, and promise to be fair and honest with all repairs and pricing.  Your previous only option of going to a chain shop and being overcharged on labor and the parts being marked up significantlly, costing you hundreds of dollars more, is over!

FOOD DISCOUNTS

Every restaurant partner we do business with is required to give our employees 50% off all orders or wholesale pricing or the same discount their employees receive, depending on the establishment and location.  If you are an active employee, you get the discount.  If you are delivering for a restaurant partner. helping them make money, you should not have to ask for a discount.  You and we are doing them a favor.  We ask them to appreciate our delivery drivers in return.  Thank you for all you do.

CREDIT UNION ACCESS

Doing business with a financial instutition is a personal choice.  Teamdriver, has partnered with a local credit union that offers free checking and no minimum balance.  Being an employee with us means you are automatically approved to join!

NO FEE TO CASH YOUR PAYCHECK

Some financial institutions CHARGE EMPLOYEES to cash their paychecks at their employer's bank or credit union if they do not have an account with them.  We think that is ethically wrong.  The financial institution we bank with DOES NOT and WILL NOT ever charge you to cash you paycheck at any branch and DOES NOT AND WILL NOT ever pressure you to open an account.  Its your money.  You earned it!  Why have someon else charge you a fee to get it?
